Launch Strategy LLC provides digital marketing, website development, consulting, and affiliate management services. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Services (Website, SEO, Marketing, Consulting)

Payments for:

Website development

Funnels

SEO

Ads management

Consulting

Strategy services

are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits

Deposits for projects are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Retainers

Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Clients may cancel future billing with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Affiliate Earnings

Refunds for purchases made through affiliate links must be handled directly with the merchant.

Launch Strategy LLC cannot refund or modify purchases made through:

CJ Affiliate merchants

Impact affiliates

Any external partner programs

4. Hosting & Software

Fees for hosting or software setup (AWS, WordPress, tools, etc.) are non-refundable after the service has been provisioned.
